	Dry red wine with controlled origin from our Ovche pole vineyards.
	Deep ruby red color. Plenty of black fruits character also rich spices all this supported by smoke aromas. Very expressive peppery and black fruit nose, complex.
	Huge flavors on the palate, with intense character of dark cherries, plum, leather, vanilla and peppery warm liquorice notes. Long finish with good depth and richness with smooth tannins that melt in your mouth.
	Bold wine of such stature deserves bold food to be paired with. Smoked fish dishes,aged sheep cheese, creamy salads that contain full fat meats, dry aged beef, pork loin, pork chops, beef steaks, T-bone steaks, dry aged burgers.
	12 months in French oak barrels.
